This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or third-party tracking. If you write to us or call, we use what you tell us only to reply.

Who is responsible
Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC) is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here: we decide why and how it is used. This notice is built for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025.
It covers this website, newtact.in, and messages you send us by email or phone. It does not cover our apps: BuddyCinemas and DrBell each have their own privacy notice.
What we collect, and why

We don’t set cookies, run advertising or use third-party analytics, and we don’t sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Messages and call notes: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Cloudflare’s request logs: as long as Cloudflare’s own retention periods allow, which are short and set by Cloudflare.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, protects it and counts page views. Cloudflare runs a global network, so requests may be processed outside India.
- Google Workspace (Google LLC) holds messages sent to hello@newtact.in. Google stores email on its own global infrastructure, so messages may be stored outside India.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent, as easily as you gave it, where we rely on consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- have your complaint heard, first by us and then by the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, write to the Grievance Officer at hello@newtact.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer first. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
When this notice changes, we publish a new version here with a new date. Version 1.0 is the first.
