DrBell reminds people to take the medicines their doctor prescribed, and tells a family member or carer when a dose is missed.
It is our own product: we designed it, built it and run it. Newtact operates it in India; Thaja FZE LLC operates it everywhere else.

What we built
Reliability first.
- Alarms scheduled on the phone that fire without a connection, and re-arm after a restart or an update
- A server-side timer that checks the phone's own, so neither has to be trusted alone
- Escalation from a late dose to a missed one, with family told at each step
- “I'll handle it”, so one caregiver takes a missed dose and the rest stop being nudged
- Taps made offline, queued and sent later with the time they were really pressed
- A caregiver dashboard and a care-home console on the web
- Sign-in with a one-time code: no passwords to forget
- Self-service data export and account deletion
